Dust Circuit
★★★★☆ 4.1
Dust Circuit goes for arcade feel over simulation, and it nails the drift. Tap to brake into a corner, feather the throttle, and the car slides exactly how you'd hope. The tracks are all dusty canyons and salt flats, which gives it a nice unified look.
There's a light career mode with cars you unlock by placing well. Nothing fancy, but it gives you a reason to keep racing. We liked that you can tilt-steer or use on-screen buttons, and both feel fine.
It works offline with the full track list available, so it's an easy pick for long trips.
What we liked
- Drift handling that just feels right
- Two control schemes that both work
- All tracks available offline
